All absence from the School even with the prior permission must be explained by the parent(s) in the absence record page, found in this diary, before the student is admitted into the class. If the absence is for more than 3 days, besides the note in the diary, a separate leave letter must be added and sanctioned by the Principal or Vice-Principal. In no way a student should sign in the place of their parents.

An absence of more than 3 days before or after the vacation without prior permission, renders the student liable to have his/her names struck off the roll and submit to a formal re-admission by paying a fee of Rs.100/- when she/ he returns, depending on the vacancy.
