St.Antony's School, Cuttack was officially inaugurated on 9th of June 1996. It is an institution established and managed by the Catholic Archdiocese of Cuttack- Bhubaneswar. Registered as the Cuttack Roman Catholic Diocesan Corporation under the provisions of article 30 clause 1 of the constitution of India. The management of the School is entrusted to the Franciscan sisters of St. Joseph. It is recognised by the State Government of Orissa and is affiliated to the council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. It has at present from Pre-Nursery to Std. X. The syllabus followed is that of ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education).

The establishment has for its object, to provide a sound and practical education for both boys and girls, who are gradually led to self formation, and to develop a sense of responsibility and concern for others.
